Welcome to my journey! I'm Lizzy, and my path of self-discovery began with my diagnosis of ulcerative colitis at 15. After a complete colectomy at 19 and then being diagnosed with Crohn's disease, I understood that I needed to embrace a lifestyle for healing, as the medical establishment and cookie-cutter religion weren't working for me any longer. Turning to nature and real food opened my eyes to the vastness of what this world has to offer and I am here to share my findings with YOU! Thank you for being here.
